RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sabina's Designer Hub. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 1 day from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sabinabaig0@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

  4. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it back to us using the provided label.

  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within number of hours , e.g., 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at sabinabaig0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can follow our return policy once you receive the item.

Exceptions:

Please be aware that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
